Digital Products & EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal terminates immediately once the performance of digital content begins. By downloading, accessing, or streaming any digital product purchased from our store, you explicitly waive your right to cancel or claim a statutory refund.

Un-downloaded Digital Goods:
If you have purchased a digital product but have not initiated the download, access link, or stream, you retain your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You may cancel your contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason by contacting our support team. Contact Us

Our Discretionary Policy:
Because digital items cannot be physically returned, all sales of executed downloads are final. However, if you experience technical issues or file corruption, please contact us within 14 days, and we will issue a replacement or a store credit at our sole discretion.
