These are bowls are made in two hoopings. They are done with applique and quilting to give it that handmade feel.
The lining and finishing of the bowls is done using a sewing machine. Be sure to have a look at the tutorial to see how these adorable bowls are made. They are quick and easy to make. They are perfect to store threads and notions in the sewing room, jewellery and makeup in the bedroom, to hold all those little bits and pieces that always seem to lie around the kitchen counter tops. These can also double up as bowl cozies. They can't go in the microwave but they do look lovely to hold that bowl of soup or ice-cream depending on the season.
